All orders including Mileun Apparel are subject to 1-3 business day processing time.

Her-Mileun works to ship out jewelry and accessory orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) Monday - Friday on same day. If orders placed Friday after 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) they are shipped out on Monday, excluding holidays. We DO NOT offer same day shipping on our Mileun Apparel. 

NOTE: We cannot always guarantee shipping same day due to processing time.

Once the order has been placed and shipped, the ship to address cannot be changed. Her-Mileun will promptly notify you with tracking of your order by email once your order is shipped out in which your selected delivery timeframe will apply.

NOTE: We do not control estimated shipping/delivery once it has shipped by carrier.

Sales tax on shipping and handling may vary depending on destination of shipment. 

Tracking: Once tracking has provided shipment of order. Her-Mileun is NOT responsible for lost, stolen packages, mis-delivered and/or packages that were sent to the provided address entered at checkout by the customer. Customer MUST file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.

USPS Standard - Super saver shipping option. Shipped completely through the United States Postal Service. Shipping will take up to (3-4) or (5-7) business days to deliver.

USPS Priority - Shipped completely through the United States Postal Service. This option will take (3-4) business days. P.O. Boxes accepted.

FedEx/UPS - This option will take up to 5-7 business days.

Free Shipping: Orders $150.00 or higher after the discount/coupon/promotion is shipped free of charge*

What is Processing “Unfulfilled”? Your order has been entered into our system and being processed for picking, packaging and shipping. This process is subject to 1-3 business days processing time. Your order status will remain as “Unfulfilled” until you receive your shipment tracking information.

What is Shipping “Fulfilled”? Your order has been loaded and departed the postal service distribution center. You will receive an email along with your tracking information.
