RETURN POLICY
Due to Covid-19 we currently have restrictions on returns.
**All Jewelry, Accessories, Headbands, Handbags, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Beauty Products, Gift Card or Promo Code and Sale items are FINAL SALE**

Damages and/or issues
We recommend that you inspect your order upon arrival for any damages, defects, wrong item, and request that you contact us immediately via email at Info@her-mileun.com or complete: Her-Mileun Return Form

We want to make it right, please allow 24-48 for us to provide you with a response.

All approved returns MUST be returned within 7 days of the delivery date of your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date. Customer will be provided shipping details via email and/or return information will be provided within packages, customer is responsible for return shipping cost via the center of their choice. Her-Mileun suggest you obtain a return tracking number for your reference.

All approved returns MUST be in original package-new, unused, altered, washed, items damaged due to improper return packing and/or show NO signs of wear. All tags must be attached to each item.

If returned items arrive after the 7-day period and/or show any signs of wear or damage, we unfortunately will deny your requested refund/exchange of the selected item. 
Please allow 2-3 days to process your return as we are carefully inspecting each item upon its arrival! We would love to hear from you if you have any questions.
NOTE: Her-Mileun has the right to deny or refuse any returns.
EXCHANGES
Sorry, we do not offer exchanges. We strive to provide you with the detail information to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

By purchasing through Her-Mileun, you have acknowledged that you read Her-Mileun policy, terms of conditions, including the return policy. Once your purchase is paid, the policy becomes effective at that time.
